MARDI GRAS - DOWN ON THE BAYOU - Instructor Sue Sell
We're bringing New Orleans to the North to celebrate Mardi Gras. Delicious Cajun and Creole dishes are hearty and great for a party and a crowd. Hurricane's are traditional, but a robust wine also goes well. (And remember this recipe for our turkey leftovers next year - it is fabulous with white and dark meat turkey also).
