SOUP AND BREAD - PERFECT TOGETHER Instructor Kathleen Sanderson. In this class you will learn the technique of basic styles of soup and countless variations on those techniques. Also two basic breads - one with yeast and one quick - will fill many of your pairing needs. You will come home with many ideas for a winter warming favorite.

Multi Bean and Arugula Soup with No Knead Italian Bread,
Creamy Corn and Crab Chowder with Skillet Buttermilk Cornbread, and
Drunken Pinto Bean Soup with Cilantro and Bacon.
