Raspberry - Orange Vinaigrette
6 Tablespoons (1/4 cup + 2 T.) Fresh Orange Juice
¼ cup raspberry vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
6 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon fresh snipped chives
Combine orange juice and raspberry vinegar. Whisk in the two olives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasonings.
Add chives.
Store covered in refrigerator.
