WHITE WINE & PEACH SANGRIA
1 Magnum white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, White Table Wine, not Chardonnay)
2 cups white grape juice
½ cup peach brandy
½ cup peach schnapps
2 cups seltzer or sparkling water
Fresh peaches, apples, orange and lemon slices – cut small
Ring mold – layers of white grape juice, mangos, pineapple, citrus fruit or any fruit as desired.
Put the fruit in a large pitcher and muddle lightly with wooden spoon. Add wine, grape juice, brandy, and schnapps. Just before serving add the seltzer.
In advance – Add the fruit to brandy and schnapps and refrigerate until ready to make the sangria. Place fruit and liquors in pitcher/punch bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Serve chilled in wine glass filled with ice.
